Ingredients

5cl Vermouth Routin Dry
2cl 1883 Raspberry syrup
10cl Tonic water
Pink grapefruit wedge

Pour all the ingredients (tonic last) into an ice-filled tumbler. Stir and drop in a pink grapefruit segment. Finish with a sprig of mint and some raspberries.
